After the great success of the first tournament,
The Academy of Sport (East London) & Working Partners will be holding their
second Cross Borough Seven A Side Football Tournament between the
boroughs of Hackney, Haringey, Newham & Tower Hamlets
The Hackney play offs will be at Hackney Marshes, commencing at 4pm
All Primary Schools in the chosen boroughs will be approached and
encouraged to enter a team
(Teams entered may be mixed)
The Hackney Borough play offs event will take place at Hackney Marshes,
the home of grass roots football. The Hackney school teams will play against
each other over a period of five days (depending on how many schools enter).
The other boroughs will run their event alongside.
On the final day, the quarter final, semi final & final will be held.
The final will be played at Myddleton House, Tottenham Hotspur’s Training Ground,
commencing from 5.00pm date to be confirmed (Friday June 15th).
Through our working partnership with Tottenham Hotspur F.C. there will
be scouting opportunities available throughout the event.
The event will be monitored throughout.
All coaches & staff are fully qualified in their fields.
All staff prior to employment are fully CRB checked and screened.
